Yes, I'm a Swiftie, and in 2023 my quiet fandom
may or may not have gotten out of hand.
What started as a joke turned into 20k followers, over 19 million views on Instagram (for 1 video) and 7 million likes on TikTok in 6 months.

I should warn you, if you don't like Taylor,
none of this will make sense to you. And also... you're wrong.

 I have another TikTok with 23K followers,
but you'll understand that one even less.

What advertising didn't teach me
  • Mistakes get more engagement – don't delay for details 

(which as an art director can be excruciating)

  • TikTok and IG rarely like the same things – what doesn't work on TikTok works on Instagram

  • Captions can cannibalize comments – don't take the words out of their mouths, say less and they'll say more

  • Videos that take hours perform better than edits that take days

  • Nothing's viral 'til "Kanye is better" is in the comments
